better butter

A little update and then I'm going to do a fun random like/dislike rant!

At work, things have been going pretty well so far. I have nothing to really complain about.
Weather, could be a lot better, although today was beautiful. But, we are supposed to get snow tomorrow and then again this weekend, NOT COOL. I am soooo tired of winter, I am ready for summer.
Other than that, my life is lame as usual! So a little fun random Jules facts are coming right up!

----------------Jules' Random Thoughts

I still am not a fan of Barrack Obama Hussein. Smooth talker, small walker.

I love cars. My ultimate dream car is still the Porsche Cayenne. Beautiful.

Music. I have decided I CANNOT live without music. I honestly wish music were playing out of nowhere, like a soundtrack of my life.

I have been eating like a crazy starved maniac the past two days.

I love a good sandwich. My number one favorite is still, and probably will always be, was from On Deck Deli, located in the student union at the University of Arizona.

I am a way bigger fan of UArizona than I am of UIowa. Love Lute Olson and the fact that he coached at both of these schools.

I really love the movie "Stepbrothers." I laughed out loud so many times.

I am not against plastic surgery. That doesn't mean I am for ALL of it though either.

I really love my Kodak printer. It's the one from the long, extremely convincing commercial. It rocks.

I hate when people fart. HATE it. Do it in private!!!

It is one of my favorite things when people are passionate in something that is good and for the better of people.

Cowboys. I don't love cowboys, but I love the idea of cowboys.

My horseshoe necklace is one of my favorite things ever. It comforts me.

I laugh A LOT.

I love drowning my hot dogs in mustard. NOTHING else. Absolutely NO KETCHUP.

The 3 rules of eating a hot dog: 1. Must finish in 3 bites (that mean's DO NOT be dainty about it!); 2. Always put the condiments on top, never underneath; and 3. NEVER put ketchup on your hot dog if you are over 17 yrs old.

I have loved Nicole Richie for the longest time and I think she is awesome. Many people would disagree with me, I do not care.

I don't think all celebrites deserve their fame. Or to be in the news. AND it is NOT okay for them to name their kids whacky names.

I have a list of 100 things to do before I die. Some of them I know will never get done, others I intend to do whatever it takes to do them.

I cannot stand gossipy people. HATE it. Though, sometimes people need to vent, it is very different though. Overall, gossip is dumb.

I like quoting "The Office" and various movies. Randomly.

I enjoy saying things for my own humor. I don't care if it will make anybody else laugh, if I think it is funny I will say it!

I will never give anybody a compliment that I don't feel is true.

There is no "I" in TEAM, but there is an "I" in "JULIE."

THAT IS ALL!!!!

and the beat goes on

I love watching Chelsea Lately. She has moved to a new time, half hour earlier than she was before. I am not sure if I am happier that its earlier, or less happy. But I think I am happier. Yes, I just had a whole paragraph of conversation with myself. How lame.

Anyhow, work has been interesting. Lots of things going on. I love being funny and making people laugh at work. It is a rare thing when I can make people laugh at my jokes, but I am almost always laughing, which is healthy. Which reminds me, I have been eating a little healthier lately. Not completely healthy yet, but getting there. Not really a big deal, but I am pretty happy with myself.

I love watching "School of Rock." It is so hilarious to me!! I love when Jack Black's character says "You're going to be a funny little footnote on my epic a**!!" It cracks me up. There are many parts of the movie that crack me up actually. If you have not seen it in a while, I suggest you watch it as soon as possible.

Other than that, I have been such a lucky girl and get to drive my dad's sweet Audi to work and other places everyday. It is one of my most favorite things ever. It is one of the best cars I've ever driven, it is so amazing. Also, my dad has XM/Sirius Radio in it, which is another thing I cannot get enough of! It is great. I highly suggest everyone get it.

Really I am most excited about this Saturday for the engineer at FedEx, has a band, that is playing a show! Actually, he is in TWO bands, both are playing, one after the other. They are AMAZING. One is a Tribute to Rage Against the Machine, the other is a Tribute to Tool. I really enjoy watching them, they totally rock. A lot of people are going from work and a couple of my other friends I used to work with at the gym might attend as well. Basically, it will be an awesome time, I have no doubt about that.

Well, I don't think this could get anymore lame, which means I've done what I normally do (bore the heck out of people). So I will leave it there, with some great words from a girl I am a huge fan of, Taylor Swift...."If all you are is honest you should have no regret about it." It may not be completely accurate, but close enough!! LOVE it, LOVE her, LOVE you. done, and done.

lame-o

It appears as though I have been in a talk-ative mood today, with only certain people though. Work had it's ups and downs, I cannot believe it is only Tuesday, is the easiest way of putting it. It feels like this week has already had about four days in it. I can only hope for one thing, that it gets better.

Other than the week dragging along, I have been doing quite well! A lot of fun things going on for me right now. Not sure what they all are, but I can say that I am doing pretty well. One thing that I know is going well for me, is that I know how to follow a recipe! On Sunday I made Paula Deen's recipe for homemade macaroni and cheese, it turned out to be DELICIOUS. I really loved it and will probably be making it again soon.

Onto another subject, I was able to talk to one of my VERRRRRRY best friends ever, NATASHKA!!! It was so fun. She is the best person I know. Reminiscing is always so fun, as well on updating each other on our current life situations. It is a blast.

Well, I don't have any real fun stories and this has probably already bored you out of your mind! So I will go. See ya wouldn't want to be ya! :)

spooner

So, haven't done a post in a while, figured I better get to it!!

For starters, work has been a real blast. It is so fun working with Morgan everyday. We laugh a heck of a lot. I also enjoy doing the daily crosswords, it is a complete obsession. I bet I could do crosswords until the day I die (hopefully that being when I'm like 98.)

Onto other news, it is still winter here, no surprise. It does bring out the anger in me. I really cannot stand being so cold, I hate it in all its capacities. Especially getting into my car, I want to scream at the top of my lungs when I sit on the collllllld seats. It is not fun, I don't understand why winter must be this way. I feel it should never get below 60 degrees, that would be wonderful.

Another bit of news in my life is how happy I have been lately. I know people think I am ALWAYS happy anyways, but for the past couple weeks I have been completely content with my life, really truly happy, yet I do not know what the reason is. I figure I am just on the upside of the sinusoidal curve that deals with emotions. Most likely.

Other than that, I love spoonerisms.

And on that note, I will let you dream about other days and other fun thoughts of mine. See ya, wouldn't want to be ya! :)

shagster

Well, a new week has started, Monday is over, the temperature has risen (about 35 degrees, which brings it to about 15 degrees, SAD). So, other than that, my life hasn't had much excitement.

This weekend was a lot of fun, Morgan and I went to the hospital to see Roxanne's new little baby girl. She is sooo darling! What an adorable baby. Her name is Tatum, also fitting and cute. (Roxanne is the girl who I am filling in for in the office at FedEx while she is out on maternity leave). It has been pretty nice filling in for her, I must say. I love the normal hours, the fun people (MORGAN!!), seeing the other side of things--the reports and such that detail the hub's performance, and so on.

Other than that, Morgan and I went to the gym and worked out this evening, I can really tell it has been wayyy too long! I haven't formally worked out in so long, package handling is a pretty good work out in itself, but it is way different. I can already tell I am going to be way sore tomorrow and Wednesday. It only means that I need to work out more often and maybe it will encourage me to do so, but I doubt it. Although, I would really love to get back to my running, I want to go bigger and better this year, guess we will just have to wait and see what happens.

Among other news, I need my hair trimmed, even though it has only been 3 weeks. It just seems to grow faster and I seem to be able to tell when its starting to feel shaggy or a little too long. Its probably just my imagination for the most part, but I like looking like I am well put together, you never know when you will run into that dream date, or whatever you might run into and need to look good for I guess! hehehe.

Well, on that note I think I will see ya wouldn't want to be ya! Until a later date.... :)

you belong with me

So, I'm listening to Taylor Swift's latest CD, it is a pretty good one I must say (although I have probably mentioned it in a previous blog!). Anyhow, I really love the songs she writes/sings. I am so amazed at her talented song writing, I just wish I could do that.

Well, I have been looking for a verrry important document for about a week now and it is frustrating me because I cannot seem to locate it anywhere. I think I need to look through the files in my other computer. I will try that, in just a few moments actually. The document is a list of "100 things I want to accomplish before I die." It is something I wrote for a class in college and I always wanted to keep it and check things off or see what I could get done. Also, my dear friend Morgan was asking to see it. So I better get to finding it!

On another subject, I really had a great birthday weekend! It was a real blast. Morgan and I were ridiculous the whole weekend. That is one of my favorite things to be, ridiculous. Morgan and I do that quite well. Plus, we have discovered a new fun way to "text" each other, that is using "voicenotes." I love it!!!

Moving along, it has been colder than cold outside the past few days. I cannot take it anymore, I want to move to, well, anywhere that is above 50 all year round will work!!! I do not even want to think about going outside when its like this (negatives all week), plus the bad drivers just kill me! Anyhow, the weather is one thing I will never feel bad for complaining about, so accept that.

Something hilarious is everytime someone sends me a text message the noise that notifies me cracks me up. It is Morgan making a beeping noise, every time it went off at work today Roxanne and I laughed pretty dang hard. I think Morgan secretly loves it too (and if she has on her 100 things to do before dying list, to be a ringtone, she can cross that right off!!!). hehehe.

Other than that, I miss my good friends Natashka and Jake. They are two of the best people I know, I love laughing and having an excellent time with them. I miss them, hopefully I can see them quite soon!

And on that note, I will be going. See ya, wouldn't want to be ya! :)
